## **Treasurer’s Report 22nd September 2025** ## 2024-2025 Attached is the total year report for 2024-2025 and the summary of the accounts for the year starting the 1[st] September 2024 and ending on the 31[st] of August 2025. The whole year saw a profit of £11,230.70 There are currently funds of £43,531.95 with a Reserves fund of £50,000. The treasurer has made the following observations based on a review of the period’s finances as well as a comparison between the 2024-2025 end of year summary & the 2022-2023 end of year summary. - For the 2024-2025 period, wages are 78.63% of income. This is a reduction from 85.4% the previous year. - Rents, Rates & Utilities reduced by 9.2%. This is likely to be due to the previous period including back-dated charges. - Funding increased by 20.68%. - Resources/Materials dropped by 56% and Consumables reduced by 17.1%. Showing a concentrated effort by staff to reduce outgoing. In the previous summary the treasurer predicted the year to be a difficult one, however it has proven better than expected and has produced a profit rather than the expected loss. This is to be the Treasures last report, and they hope that the Pre-School continues to succeed and be a great place for young people to start their journeys through life. |**Section A Receipts and payments**
