The purpose of the Charity is to provide affordable accommodation to persons of limited means and of good character who at the time of appointment live in the Borough of Tewkesbury or the Parishes of Cowley, Coberley, Up Hatherley, Leckhampton, Prestbury, Swindon Village, Cutsdean, Temple Guiting, Guiting Power and Sevenhampton. A preference is given to persons living in Winchcombe.
Objects: For The Benefit Of The Residents In The Almshouses Of The Charity Or Any Of Them In Such Manner As The Trustees Think Fit From Time To Time.
