PROMOTE AND SUPPORT FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE CARING OF PSITTACINES IN CAPTIVITY. EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN AVICULTURE AND CONSERVATION AND RELATED AVIAN/HUMAN DISEASES (ZOONOTIC DISEASES)
