The VRA is a membership organisation which offers support and training to ils members via
resources on our members only section of the website, in-pcrson events and I.. l advtce support as
required. Non-rnaiibers have access to general infonnation on the websit< infonnation shared via
our so¢ial Inedia accounts and via 8 llewsletler. OUT mailing list is free to join. The twslees
provide inpul inlo national conversations related to Vocational R¢habilitation when opportunities
arise and work alongside partner organisations to rcview and ￿ntrIbut¢ to standaTds of practlb
for example. CMSUK, BABICAM, SOM. We review OUT equal opportunities policy 8t every
trustee mecting to ensure we continue to promote equal opportunitics within the field.

high-quality tnlervention8 via our members. As noted above. many of our resouwes are available
to the general public.

2023, which comprise the Receipls and Payments Aecounl and Sialement of Assels and Liabilities
set out on pages 6 and 7.

The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees
consideT that an audit As not required for tbis year under section 144 of th¢ Charities Act 2011 (the
Charities Act) and ihat an ind¢pcndent examination is needed.

concerning any such matters. The procedures und¢rtaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit and. consequently no opinioii Is Eiven as to whether ihe accounts
present a 'lrue and fair, view and the reporl is limit¢d to those matters set out in th¢ stalement
