challenged lo adapt extremety rapKIty- affec￿rg hN elients can contact us, how we ¢an provide services
to Ihern, how we work wrth our cc41eagues. And l am irnmensety proud of hcpN our staff and vobjnteers
have risen lo these chalengey.
For our clients. we n¢M offer lelethne ¢on8uk4ions. email. webBhat and video. Clients without intemet or
PhOr￿ credit are accommf>Jated too. vra sending us det•b in writing SO thai our alfvisors Can call
thèm back. These option5 are althling US to assist far more cl￿ntS than bgfore- 81 limes we have
experiencad over 50% increase on the prKJr year- and evèn to reach clients who would have struggled to
visit our office for an aFpointrn•nl prror to the pand8m¢. We were worried that we mFJht be excluding some
