To promote benefits within the Kilburn Ward of Camden, by linking with local and voluntary organisations and members of the community in a common effort to provide a wide range of social, educational, welfare and leisure activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the local community.

Objects: ***In Liquidation***(a) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants In That Part Of The London Borough Of Camden Being The Kilburn Ward ("The Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Age, Sexual Orientation Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants (B) To Manage And Maintain A Community Centre ("The Centre") Anywhere Within The Area Of Benefit And To Maintain And Manage, Or To Cooperate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And The Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Association And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance Of The Above Objects
