## Annual General Meeting 

Monday 25 September, 2023 

The PTA financial year in review runs 1[st] May 2022 – 30[th] April 2023. The accounts for year ending April 2023 will need to be audited and logged with Charities Commission before the deadline of February 2024. 

Following the merger of the Polehampton Infant and Junior PTAs from the start of the 2021-22 financial year, the PTA has utilized the Infants current account as the sole account for transactions. The old Juniors PTA current account will be closed in due course by the previous PTA Treasurer and Chair. There is also a PTA PayPal account.

Money deposited into the accounts during the financial year totals £44,439. This income is a combination of proceeds from fundraising activities (raffles, sponsored events, fairs etc.) and donations made via voluntary contributions, salary sacrifice, and other donations. 

Payments from the accounts during the financial year totals £41,242. These payments primarily consist of donations to the schools, as well as event expenses and subscriptions. 

Significant donations were made to the school in this financial year and include the following: 

Infant toilets refurbishment: **£20,000** 

Curriculum enrichment contributions: **£6,280** 

Other (small projects, books, equipment, bake sale fundraising, sponsored events): **£7,271**
