Cylch Meithrin Nant Dyrys is a welsh medium pre- nursery
provision based in Ynyswen.
SUMMARY OF THE
OBJECTIVIES OF THE The aim of the provision is to enhance the development and

To promote positive self -esteem and encourage confidence
through play.
The main purpose of the charity is to provide high quality
childcare and caring environment for children living in the
local community.

DURING THE YEAR: We continue to be promoted as a well-established high standard provision, having received feedback from local authorities, umbrella organisations and parents. We continue to achieve excellent feedback from our umbrella organisation and advisory teachers within the sector. Reports are available. Cylch Meithrin Nant Dyrys achieved 3[rd] place in the Mudiad Meithrin ceremony awards as best provision in the South, East. We were fortunate to have small grants from Early Years to adapt our indoor/outdoor environment. ## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** The reserves at this financial year ending BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE FINANCAL RESERVES: Minimum wage increase. Resources and equipment were purchased this financial year. Early years funding was limited. Annual Report [insert year] 3 Maintenance work was maintained by the charity itself, using what reserves it had. The nursery operates term time only i.e 39 weeks. However, if the demand is there for the 30hour childcare scheme, the provision opens for 9 weeks of the holidays. The intention of the reserves is to ensure employment security and running costs of the provision. ## FURTHER FINANCIAL REVIEW DETAILS: To continue to promote the setting to enhance numbers securing employment within the workplace.
