Review of the Charity's activities during the year ended 31 December 2024
The CharityTrust continuesto provide religious ceremoniestothe Communityand support
to the Greek Schoolforthe advancementof education, dancing and drama. A programme
of social events raised fundingforthe Charitywhich continuesto meet its objectives and
provide religious seNices to the memL)ers of the Community. Land adjacent to 14 New Street,
Huthwaite was acquired on 26January2018fora total cost of £125,740 to facilitate the
parking of members ofthe communtyand possible future development.

The charity's trustees are responsible forthe preparation of the accounts.
The charity's trustees considerthatan audit is not required forthis year and that
an independent examination is needed.
It is my responslbllltyto:

Followthe procedures laid down in the General Directions given
by the Charity
Commissioners (under section 145(91 of the 2011 Act and
. State whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basls of Independent Examinetrs Ststement.
My examination was carried out in accordance withthe General Directions given
by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a reviewof the accounting
records kept bythe charity and a comparison ofthe accounts presented with those
records. It also includes consideration of anyunusual items or disclosures in the
accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concemingany such
Matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide allthe evidence thatwoul(J be
required in an audit, and consequently, I do not express an auditopinion on the view
given bythe accounts.
Independent Examinerfs Statement:
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention-
l. Which gives me reasonable causeto believe that in any material respectthe
requirements
. to keep accounting records in accordance ￿llth section 130 ofthe 2011Act and
. to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply
with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act have not been met or
