TO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE INCLUDING ADVICE IN THE MORE EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICAL USE OF ENERGY IN THEIR HOMES.

**Activities:** Provision of free and impartial advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy to the public, small businesses, community groups and local authorities. The provision of grants and management of projects aimed at reducing energy consumption and relieving fuel poverty.
