Respectlve The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
responsibilities of The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year

It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedure8 laid down in the gen8ral Dlrections glven by the
Charity Commlssion (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Ba818 of Independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions glven
oxaminer'8 Statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence Ihat would be required in an audit, and
consequentty no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true
and falr, vlew and the réport is limited to those matters set out in the
statement below.

Achievements and performance
The Association raised £31,125.03 during 23124 through its fundraising
activities and Donations following a fire at the Infant School.

achievements of the charity
during the year
All of the main events such as The Village Carnival, Fireworks and
various other Discos and Movie nights took place as in previous years
We carried out numerous small scale fundraising activities as w811. These
included Mufti Days, Second hand uniform sales and requests for general
donations from Parents via JustGiving
School Donation8
The Association has donated just over £21 k to the two schools during the
year including-

Financial review
The Association has decided that reserves of at least £5,000 is a
appropriate level of reserve to meet the fluctuations in fundraising
recelpts.
We currently have Reserves of £69.392 due to the donations following
devastating fire in May 2023. These will be held while the rebuild is
taking place to be put towards a large project to be decided
