Objects: 1.to Relieve Poverty, Sickness And Distress Among Those Persons In Particular Persons Of African, Caribbean Or Asian Origins (The Beneficial Class) Affected By Addiction To Narcotic Drugs And Other Similar Substances Or Compound Of Possible, Potential Or Suspected Danger To The Individual And To The Community (Herinafter Referred To As "Drugs") In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Provision Of Advice, Support, Counselling, To Both The Beneficial Class And Their Families Partners Or Relatives Responsible For Their Care. 2.to Advance Education And Training And Promote Research Into The Dangers Arising From Habitual Or Other Use Of Drugs; Together With The Publication Of The Results Of Any Such Research. 3.to Prevent Drug Addiction And To Provide For The After-Care Of Those Releived From Drug Addiction.4.to Restore The Intemperate Or Delinquent And Those Addicted To Drugs Or Otherwise To Assist.
