research techniques,. guidance in recording information,. assistance with using a large number of online resources.,
transcribing old doGumenls that can then be added lo our website., running and maintsining our website and Facebook page.,
surveying churchyards for Mls and answering queries fro￿ metnbers who need assiglanco to further their research. Sotne ol
these volunteers come into the Resource Centre to work but some iyork remotely from home in the UK or overseas. Without

During the annual ' Heritage Open Days, event rnanaged by the National Trust and coordinated by the Forum. we open Ihe

One of the problems with Bfs serwice ha5 been their poor customer support when attempts.ng to talk to anyone I￿th the
relevant expertise when somelhing goes wrong. So, with that In mirKI and 8ppropri8le value for money considerations we do
intend to transfer to Anglian Intern81 wher8 we know from pasl exp8ri8nce that we do g8t proper support. This change will be
irnplemented once our se￿rity and fire alarm provider has installed the relevant equipment to operate within a new digital
environrnenl.

An unprecedented rise in energy ttosts and unforeseen overheads followed the Cost ol energy Crisis. The Society was not

Budget - Toward the latter part of 2023 a spending freeze was put on the premises budget lo help reduce the impact ol

Cash donations are recognised on receipt. Other donations are recognised once the charity has been notified ol the
donation, unless perform8n¢e conditions require deferral of the amount. Income lax recoverable in relats'on lo donations
