(3)TO PROVIDE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO CHARITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, THROUGH CONSULTANCY ADVICE, CAPACITY BUILDING, SECONDMENT OF VOLUNTEERS AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF LOCAL EMPLOYERS TO INVOLVE THEIR EMPLOYEES IN THE WORK OF VOLUNTARY GROUPS, PARTICULARLY IN NEWHAM.

**Activities:** The Charity provides vocational training leading to NVQ in Administration, Accounting, Health and Social Care, Volunteering, Customers service, Legal Secretarial studies, ESOL, Business Startup, leadership and management, heritage research activities, employability, short filmmaking, standup comedy, mentoring, youth development and empowerment, and charity capacity building programmes.
