B) PROVIDE SUPPORT TO PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY OR A MENTAL HEALTH NEED TO EXPRESS THEIR VIEWS AND WISHES ON ISSUES THAT AFFECT THEIR LIVES.  C) SUPPORT, REPRESENT AND TO FACILITATE THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE PERSON WITH A DISABILITY OR A MENTAL HEALTH NEED,TO SECURE HIS OR HER PREFERRED OUTCOME
