## **Notes** 

1. Woodland at original purchase price. Including 1a Coed y Goitre, purchased by loan in July 2019. 

- 1a Coed y Goitre was purchased in July 2019 with a loan of £90000 from members of the charity with a 2% annual interest rate; the repayment was completed on 01/02/21 

2. No depreciation has been applied to the Land Rovers/trailer which are considered to have high salvage values. 

3. Depreciation at 20% per annum previously applied to equipment: this has now reached a write-off level and no further depreciation on current machinery will be applied. 

4. All funds are restricted to woodland management and associated costs on Coed Craig Ruperra and Coed y Goitre
