**Objects:** The promotion of any charitable purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of Greater London (“the area of benefit”) and in particular the advancement of education, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness, the promotion of racial harmony, and the provision of recreation and leisure time occupations for the purposes of promoting in the interest of social welfare, the spiritual, social, moral and physical well-being of the youth of the beneficial area.
