These<br>skills are channelled through our members in<br>fun training that is geared around the beach<br>lifeguarding culture to prepare everyone to be<br>ambassadors for beach safety and<br>awareness...regardless of age.<br>2) Competition - Because of our close links to<br>surf life saving there is a requirement for all<br>members to maintain, or develop, a level of<br>fitness throughphysical trainingto be safe in the|





|||sea and promote healthy living. Many members<br>who particularly enjoy, or excel, in this area will<br>be actively encouraged to represent the club in<br>competition; be it on a local or national level.|
