(11)TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ARTS AND CULTURE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE SAID REPUBLIC BY INSTITUTING THE INTERCHANGE OF ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND ORGANISATIONS AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ORGANISATIONS SUITABLE FOR SUCH INTERCHANGE.

**Activities:** The charity is primarily involved in improving the quality of life of HIV children in Romania, some of whom are orphans, some of whom are abandoned.  At the outset, it helped something in the region of 100 children in an orphanage.  Now, it cares primarily for just nine children, having provided accommodation and carers for them, so they could live like proper families away from an institution.
