(4)To Promote Or Provide The Needs Of Such Persons In Such Ways Or On Such Terms As The Associaiton May Deem Expedient. (5)To Represent Express And Give Effect To The Views And Opinions Of Such Persons. (6)To Collect And Circulate Statistics And Information In Order To Promote The Needs Of Such Persons. (7)To Employ Persons To Write, Compose, Or Adapt Plays, Films, Radio And Television Productions, Sketches, Songs, Music And Dances For The Relief Or Promotion Of Such Persons. (8)To Print And Publish Any Newspapers, Periodicals, Books Or Leaflets That The Association May Think Desirable For The Promotion Of Its Objects. (9)To Purchase, Take On Lease Or In Exchange, Hire Or Otherwise Acquire Any Real And Personal Estate Which May Be Deemed Necessary Or Convenient For Any Of The Purposes Of The Associaiton. (10)To Se, Manage, Lease, Mortgage, Dispose Of, Or Otherwise Deal With Any Or Any Part Of The Property Of The Association. (11)To Cconstruct, Maintain, And Alter Any Houses, Buildings Or Works Necessary Or Convenient For The Purposes Of The Association. (12)To Borrow And Raise Money In Such A Manner As The Association May Think Fit. (13)To Take Any Gift Of Property, Whether Subject To Any Special Trust Or Not, For Any One Or More Of The Objects Of The Association. (14)To Take Such Steps By Personal Or Written Appeals, Public Meetings, Or Otherwise, As Amy From Time To Time Be Deemed Expedient For The Purpose Of Procuring Contributions To The Fund Of The Association, In The Shape Of Donations, Annual Subscriptions, Or Otherwise.
