(B)THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS AND IN THE BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF AIDS.
