(A)the Conditions Of Persons Suffering From Chronic And Disabling Conditions And Illnesses By The Provisioof Of Home Care Attendants For Such Persons To Assist The Families Or Persons Responsible For The Care Of Such Persons Or (B)at The Discretion Of The Management Committee To Provide Such Home Care Attendants For Such Disabled Persons Living Alone.
