**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH FOR THOSE PERSONS REGISTERED AS PATIENTS WITH THE FRITHWOOD SURGERY BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND OTHER AMENITIES AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT ANY CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID SURGERY.  THE AFORESAID EQUIPMENT AND AMENITIES TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ANY OTHER PERSONS DOMICILED IN THE RURAL AREA WHO ARE REGISTERED WITH NEIGHBOURING PRACTICES WITH THE MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PRACTICES CONCERNED.
