**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED, AND PARTICULARLY THOSE FROM ETHNIC MINORITIES LIVING IN THE INNER CITIES, THROUGH WORK EXPERIENCE SCHEMES OR OTHERWISE.

**Activities:** During the year, staff time was focused on the delivery of existing Community Mentoring, employability and Outreach Programmes.  Time was also spent on developing existing provision to meet the needs of young people supported.  Basic Skills Support, including literacy, numeracy and IT, and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) have been incorporated into their projects.
