This scheme ivas completed in March 2025 and will also be used by flltiire occupanls at Ihe Fami enabling a renewable otT-grid source of power 10 be available and progress to net zero carbon iargels. New craft experiences continued to be promoled duriiig Ihe year, including the GoivL'r Good Food Project and the Gower Loal. Project lo focus oli makiiig flour 10 produce the liistoric Gower Loaf made from a mixiure of wheat and Barley. The produeis were supplied lo a bakery set up at the Herilage Centre and also made available lo customers from the Cenlres shop. Repairs were made lo Ihe Mill and equipment to enhance ils flour making proces5, ai)d operation of the oiher historic machinery. The Trustees review the activilies of the Charity against its aims on an ongoing basis and are satisfied that all activities coniinue to be related lo these goals so far as they were able during the recovery fmm the Pandemic . The Triisl has also worked with other local organisations to promote further use of the facilities al the Cenlre and 10 edu¢aie Ihe Public in the use of reiieivable energy. ACCUMLATIVE SURPLUS Diiring the year the Charity has made a surplus of income over expenditure in the sum of £4,373.77 (2024 £7510.94). This sum will be retained and used towards building aiid repair works in the next accounting year. 5. BENEFITS PAID The Charity has made no beneficial payments or donation5 to anyone in ils financial year, other ihan collections for other charilies. The Cliarity also olyers free or discounled entry lo the Mill Biiilding to selected recipient5 in lieu of a charitable bequest.

  1. ORGANISATION The Triislees are responsible for the 5lrategic direction and pol icy of tlie Charily and meet 01) a regular basis. Day lo day operdlions are Carried oui by stall- and volunteers ivho report to Ilie Trustees. The site is marketed as The Gower Heritage Centre. Management services were pi'ovided by GHC (Management) Limiied a company controlled by the Trustees and all services were charged at R commercial market rate. Tlie solar park project lakes place on farmland controlled by the Trustees and all Irdnsactions in respecl of the scheine are al a commercial rate. Some of the Evenls, farmiiig and aLlivilies held xi the Ceiitre are carried out by a separate trading company (iO¥i'er Flerilage Lid, Ivhich is eontrolled by tlie Trusiees and any profits are held for the benefit of the Trust. Separate accounts are prepared for Gower Heritage Lid. During Ihe year the Truslees Continued lo licence out the catering and other activities al Ilie Centre as concessions to separate and independeni irdding concerns.
