The Board of Trustees. who are the trustees for charity law purposes, submtt their annual report and the
financial statements of Bom Again Evangelistic Ministries Intemational for the year ended 31 December
2024.
The Board of Trustees confirms that the annual report and financial statements of the Charity comply with
current statutory requirements, the requirements of the Charity's goveming document and the provisions
of the
Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities {revised 2005),.
STRUCTURE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Goveming document:
Bom Again Evangelistic Ministries Intemational is an unincorporated charitable organisation formed on 7
March 1996 and registered as a charity on 11 April 1996.
The charity is govemed by a Tmst Deed.
Recruitment and appointment of trustees:
The members of the General Trustee Board are trustees for the purposes of chartty law. New trustees
may be appointed by resolution of a meeting of the trustees.
Much of the charity's work focuses upon the promotion of the Christian religion and the running and
Maintenan￿ of its places of worship.
The General Trustee Board seeks to ensure that the needs of this group are appropriately reflected
through the diversity of the twstee body.
To enhance the potential pool of trustees. the charity has. through selective advertising and networking
with voluntsry organizations active in
the sector. sought to identify those who would be willing to become members of the charity and use their
own experience to assist the charity.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
The largest contribution to the charity for the year ￿me from general offerings. The charity has begun its
charitable activities from April 1996.
The Charity currently aims to designate the total fvnd re￿iVed less expenses for the main objective of the
charity.
Plans for future periods:
The Charity plans to hold various religious events and will be aiming to achieve its targets through
securing donations from willing individuals
The report was prepared in accordance with the special provisions within Part 15 of the Companies Act
2006.
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES RESPONSIBILITIES
The Board of Trustees are responsible for p￿Paring the Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.
Charty law applicable to charities in Englandlwales requires the Board of Trustees to prepare financial
statements for each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the state of
affairs of the Charity and of the surplus or deficit of the Charity for that peri(xl. In preparing those
financial statements the Board of Twstees have:

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF BORN AGAIN EVANGELISTIC
MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL
I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 3111212024 .
RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
The trustees (who are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company law) are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this
year under section 144{2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination
is needed. The charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to undertake the
examination by being a qualified member of .
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to an audit under company law and is eligible for
independent examination. it is my responsibility to".
- examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act"
- follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Chaiity Commission under
section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. and
- state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS STATEMENT
My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees conceming any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a Irue and fair Vie￿ and the report
is limtted to those matters set out in Ihe ststement below.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
la. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 - The Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 and the requirements of the
Statement of Recommended Practi￿, Accounting and Reporting by Charities.
1b. Incoming Resources
All incoming resources are included on the Statement of FinancFal Activities when the charity is legally
entitled to the income and the amount can be quantified with reasonable accuracy.
1 c. Resources Expended
Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classffied under headings that aggregate
all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have
been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources.
1 d. Allocatlon And Apportionment Of Costs
All costs relate to the single activity of the charrtable company and are recognised accordingly.
le. Fund Accounting
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordan￿ with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the
trustees.
Restricted funds can only be used for parttcular restricted purposes within the objects of the charity.
Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted
purposes.
Designated funds are funds set aside by the trustees out of unrestricted general funds for the specific
future purposes or projects.
