Objects: To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Horden The Social And Personal Development Of Young People Between The Ages Of 11 To 21 Without Distinction Of Race, Gender, Class, Political Or Religious Beliefs, Sexual Orientation Or Physical/ Mental Ability. By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And The Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of The Life Of The Said Inhabitants
