These services we offer to our<br>local community. All of the activities of the<br>church are open to the public and none is<br>exclusively for church members. Main<br>particular benefit to the public is a<br>befriending and referral service<br>provided as and when a need arises. The<br>building is used as a training centre for<br>nursing homes and care providers.<br>Community use is also encouraged, clubs,<br>societies and social activities ( birthday<br>parties etc )|

The main area so far has<br>been for food costs especially with this<br>economic downturn. Help is also given<br>towards overnight accommodation or travel<br>costs for genuine situations.|

This is great news for our<br>beneficiaries because it keeps us on top of<br>our bills and other areas of the charity. It<br>also means that we can support more<br>people in our community in terms of<br>hardship, especially during this economic<br>downturn. The ministry is also benefiting<br>from the increased numbers of members.<br>We now have more volunteers as a result. I<br>would like to say the ministry is performing<br>very well and hence the added numbers<br>and much happier members.|
