Main particular benefit to<br>the public is a befriending and referral service<br>provided as and when a need arises. The<br>building is used as a training centre for nursing<br>homes and care providers. Community use is<br>also encouraged, clubs & societies and other<br>social activities.|

But as a charity we<br>managed to remain afloat and helping<br>others who needed help the most during<br>the early period with food shopping and<br>collecting prescriptions for those in isolation<br>to name a few. It has been a challenging<br>and busy but also a very blessed period for<br>our charity. Our meetings were also online<br>via zoom and that also gave an opportunity<br>for even members of the public to join our<br>online meetings.|

The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The
charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for Ihis year under
section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to-
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission {undei section 145(5)(bl of the Charities AGt, and
to stste whether particular matters have come to my attention.

examiner's statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
