**Objects:** (A)TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE WELFARE OF PERSONS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY OR DIFFICULTY, PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT NEEDS, SUBSTANCE MISUSE SUPPORT NEEDS, DISABLED PEOPLE, PEOPLE ON THE AUTISTIC SPECTRUM AND OLDER PEOPLE IN RECEIPT OF CARE AND SUPPORT FROM THE STATUTORY AGENCIES, SO AS TO ENSURE THAT SO FAR AS POSSIBLE THEY MAY DEVELOP AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY;(B)TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE PLACES IN SUPPORTED HOUSING NETWORKS FOR THE ABOVE PERSONS SO THAT THEIR DISABILITIES MAY BE RELIEVED AND THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE IMPROVED; (C)TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TRAINING AND FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURETIME OCCUPATIONS OF THE ABOVE PERSONS SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND FURTHER THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE, AND; (D)TO RELIEVE POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS AMONG SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIESTHE EXPRESSIONS &quot;LEARNING DIFFICULTIES&quot; AND &quot;LEARNING DISABILITIES&quot; SHALL MEAN PERSONS WHO HAVE MILD, MODERATE OR SEVERE LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.

**Activities:** KeyRing supports OVER 1500 vulnerable adults to build skills and networks needed to live independently in their own homes each year. Within the KeyRing Networks, mutual support, community engagement and social connections are facilitated by our volunteers and staff. Other activities include Ancora helping 1400 people in hardship in Oldham and the North Yorkshire Advocacy Service.
