Objects: To Advance The Education And Training Of Young People Under The Age Of 21 Years In Milton Keynes Area Who Have Been Convicted Of A Criminal Offence Involving A Motor Vehicle Or Whose Circumstances May Create Tendencies In Them Towards Such Offences Or Any Other Young Person Who May Benefit Through Involvement With Project So That Such Young People May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society And May Become Better Equipped To Take A Useful And Responsible Place In The Community And So That Their Conditions Of Life Might Be Improved
