**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CIVIL PARISH OF STAPLOE IN THE COUNTY OF BEDFORD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The hall was available for hire for community meetings and social events, clubs and other recreational activities until 1st May 2018.  At this point the hall  closed, as it was deemed to be unsafe.  The charity has since demolished the hall, planning permission to rebuild had been approved, but it expired in November 23.  The rebuild project is pending.  Car park  remains accessible.
