|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**Summerfest 2023**<br>Our much anticipated, SummerFest, was a<br>huge success with Battle of the Bands, Raffle,<br>Bar, Cocktails, fruit Chocolate fountain,<br>Burgers, Games, Kickball Inflatable dartboard &<br>Bouncy Castle. A huge effort by the team to<br>decorate and set up the stalls within a short<br>window resulted in a great party enjoyed by<br>all.<br>**Jumble Sale 2023**<br>Yet another fantastic Jumble Sale organised by<br>Mary Kavanagh<br>–<br>sincere thanks to Mary for<br>leading this again. We had more than 80<br>people volunteering, manning stalls, selling tea<br>and<br>cake and providing security, and many<br>people attending if the overall total takings is<br>anything to go by!<br>**Christmas Trees 2023**<br>Many families bought their Christmas trees<br>through our school. Organised by Laurel Ives<br>this provides a good injection of funds. Thank<br>you to Laurel.<br>**Table Top Sale 2024**<br>Lucy Baron Thompson is the creative talent<br>behind this event. We have 33 stalls each<br>paying a fee for their stall and then taking<br>home what they make - There were also some<br>young children trying their hand at selling<br>which is great to see. Sellers seemed happy<br>with the footfall.   The event felt busy and<br>there were lots of great things to buy and an<br>area to have some Casca tea and cake.<br>**Quiz Night & Auction 2024**<br>We sold all tickets to the quiz which included<br>food organised by Sandra, a welcome drink, a<br>fantastic quiz composed by Kathy Neal and<br>presented by Nick Grosso and a Silent and On-<br>the-Night Auction of incredible lots, hosted by<br>Giles and Esther Coren. We also had 2 tables of<br>sixth formers and a table of teachers,who|





won…. again! Thanks to Rosie Dickens for designing the auction website and to Jules for tech support on the night. We also had a lot of extra help from 6[th] formers preparing the food platters. **Summerfest 2024** Our anticipated, SummerFest, was a huge success with Battle of the Bands, Raffle, Cocktail Bars, Bubble Tea, Waffles, Burgers, Games & Bouncy Castle. A huge effort by the team to set up attractive stalls that created a party atmosphere & resulted in an end of year enjoyed by all. **Bars** Casca has supported school music & theatrical events with bars generating significant funds. We now run a bar for an annual alumni event that Miss Law hosts. They provide a warm reception and are a way of getting to meet new parents who often get involved as Casca volunteers. **Thanks to those involved** As well as the event leads, we have had fantastic support from other parents, and we are very grateful.

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”) . 

under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
