OBJECTIVES
The object of the chatity is the advancement of the education of the pupils of Barton Seagrave Primary School (previously
known as Barton Seagrave County Primary School) by prov*Jing or assisting in the provision of educational, recreational
and other charitable farylities in augmentation of such faalities financed by the LEA.

reviewed. The day lo day management 18 delegated lo the Headteacher who is a$$i8led by support and teachlng Stsff.
ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMEMf8
During the year sales of Hoodtes etc raised a lotsl of £1368 for General Funds. The Truslees are grateful tr) the pupils and
to teachers, support staff, parents and govemors who have helped by raising funds in various ways. Through the Schoal
Fund pupils have benefitted from regular contributions to Sehool resources and a thancz to partiopate in a range of trips
including Chester house, Kingswood and Everdon.
At 31st March 2025 the School Fund bank account balances lotalled £30,734 ofwhich £7,899 was for General Funds.
RESERVES POLICY
The Truslees have considered the level of reseNes that they are hohjing and recoglllsed that, in ortler lo meet their ongoing
commitmen18, 11 Is necessary to retain a minimum level of regerves of approximately £2,500 to £3,000. This wll enable them
lo continue to finance fundraising proieoas and meet ongoing Charitab￿ donatFons. At 31st March 2025 the Tnjstees had
de$lgnated a total of £2,680 to specific projects and tha Sthool Fund held free reserves of £7,899
