This year a larger bequest, referred to below as Restricted Income and stipulated to be spent on community activity within a 10-mile radius of Dunmow, is routed through the new Collinson Legacy Committee. Received late in the financial year there was a single award before 30[th] June 2023, to the local Girl Guides.
Financial Review
Unrestricted income in the year was £19,202 (2021/22 £17,494) derived from fundraising activities over the year. At year end unrestricted funds stood at £1,616 after costs of £19,478.
Restricted income in the year was £300,000 (2021/22 nil) derived from a legacy / bequest. At year end the restricted funds stood at £299,500 after donations of £500.
