(3) To Provide General Facilities, Salaries And Other Expenses Incurred In Respect Of The Said Vihara And Branches, And To Provide Teachers Of Buddhism And Cater For Their Travels; To Provide Facilities For Writing, Translating, Printing, Publishing And Selling Books And Pamphlets On Buddhism.
