Throughout the year H20 continued to meet during school terms and took part in two
concerts, one a collaboration with a local choir and another promoting its own concert in aid
of charity in December 2023.
Financial Review
The orchestra's accounts show the finanaal perforniance and position of orchestra,
including a con￿rt-by-COn￿rt breakdown of its income and expenditure. The accounts may
be obtsined by wrltlng to the treasurer at the charitvs registered offi￿.
The orchestra's reseNes policy is at any time to carry reserves which would allow it to
survive for one year without the benefft of membership subscriptions or donations from
patrons or other sources - this is determined as an amount at least equal to the likely
deficit arisirE on three concerts assuming a combination of poor ticket sales and
significantly higher than anticipated expenses. The orchestra had no funds in deficit at any
tirne during or at the end of 2023.
Declaration
The trustees declare that they have approved the trustees, report as set out above.
