MARANATHA MINISTRIES
Trustees, Report
The trustees present their report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2024
Objectives and Activities of the Charity
The objectives of the Charity as set oul in the Declaration of Trust are..
al the advancement of the Christian Faith in Ihe United Kingdom and abroad
b) the relief of persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress or who are
aged or sick, in the United Kingdom or abroad.
The principal activities of the church are Christian worship and involvement of various
ministries and ministers of religion in propagating Christian tenets to members (and non-
members) of the Ministry at various meetings.
To achieve these objectives, the Church was involved in Christian outreach programmes
designed to increase Christian awareness and spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus
Achlevements and Perfonnanco of the Charlty
Maranatha Ministries continued its efforts in the preaching of the gospel and increased
awareness of the Christian faith in and around the community the church is situaled. Many
people were ministered to during the year by way of prayer, counseling, and offered help
and support as befitting as possible. Evangelistic outreach was heightened and the
pleasing thing is that many people in the community were reached with the simple
message of the gospel. Distribution of leaflets and tracts was done and the response has
been very encouraging indeed. We have seen people visit us in our services from time lo
time and our prayer is that visitors who come in will stay lo become potential members of
the church.
Future Developmenl and other related activitles
For future developments and other relaled activities. the Church will continue to focus its
activities lo meet the objectives of the charity as prescribed above. There would be more
emphasis on evangelistic outreach, Worship, Missions and also carry out a building
project.

of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from Ihe
trustees concerning any such mallers. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as lo
whether the accounts present a 'lrue and fair, view and the report is limited lo those matters

Inde

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention.
11 which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the
