During the year under review the Charity enabled over 100 young people to participate in a wide range of scouting activities and achieve both badges and higher awards. 

The Trustees have had full regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.

The Charity relies on volunteers across many different roles including as trustees, volunteers - who as members of teams deliver the scouting programme at both a Scout Group and Section level within the Group and also parental volunteers who help the teams deliver the programmes.

The Charity is also supported by volunteers within East Somerset District and Somerset County Scouts and the Scout Association and occasional ad-hoc support from individuals across the community. 

The Charity is very grateful for the contribution of all these volunteers as their support underpins the successful delivery of the Charity’s activities and achievements.
