**Objects:** 1.TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF SMALL ANIMALS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE HOUSING AND TREATMENT OF UNWANTED AND HOMELESS ANIMALS. 2.TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF PET OWNERS WHO ARE IN NEED AND IN PARTICULAR BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF A NEUTERING SERVICE FOR CATS DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS. 3.TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AS TO THE BENEFITS OF NEUTERING AS A A MEANS OF CONTROLLING ANIMAL POPULATIONS AND PREVENTING SUFFERING AND ILL TREATMENT OF UNWANTED ANIMALS.

**Activities:** As a small charity we see a need not covered by the larger charities ,of the control and day to day monitoring of large feral colonies .The colonies are neutered and monitored for diseaseinjury ,food supply ,territory range, involving 365 days of the year cover. The work is intensive and protracted, and 100% of all funds received goes directly to the care of the animals.
