CONSTITUTION The Charity's obJectlves are to aévance the educatlon of the pupils of Claires Court School by providing and assisting in the provision of education fa¢llitles for education 81 the School and to encourag8 the extra-curricular development of pupils through the provlslon of facilities and prizes. b. METHOD OF APPOINTMENT OR ELECTION OFTRUSTEES The management of the oharlty Is the responsibillty of the Trustees who are 8lected and co-opted under the terms of the Trust deed. Objectlves and Activities . ACTIVITIES FOR ACHIEVING OBJECTIVES Many ilems were bought for the schools to further education of the pupils. Achievements and performanca a. GOING CONCERN After maklng appropriate enqulrles, the trust88s have a reasonable expectatlon thol the charlty has adequate resources to continue In operatlonal existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason they continue to adopt the going concern basls in preparing the financial statements. b. REVIEW OFACTIVITIES The principal assets are bank deposlts. In the year to 31 Augusl 2024 the income of the charity from subscriptions, fundralslng events, and investments was £121,105 (2023.. £170,655), Expenses associated with raising funds were £16,18512023.' £43,565) Administration Expenses were £829 (2023.. £946) and benefits provided to the School and pupils were £107,453 (2923.. £156,315), leaving a net deficit of £3,992 (2023.. n8t deficrf f30,171). The net assets of the charity were £106,743 (2023,. £110,735). c. FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIESIINCOMEGENERATION Many events were held to raise funds. Financial review a. RESERVES POLICY The general reserve is held to ensure that the regular outgoings of the charity In the form of operating expenses and the provlsion of prizes to puplls are met for at16ast the coming year. The Foundation Fund is being accumulated in ordèr: (1) To provide temporary or emergency fundlng to families associated with the school who are in need of support, which cannot be directly met by the school or by the families Concerned.
