**Objects:** (I) TO RELIEVE AND PREVENT SUFFERING CAUSED BY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILL HEALTH OR BY SOCIALOR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, ANY YOUNG PEOPLE BY ESTABLISHING A YOUTH CLUB TOPROVIDE COUNSELLING, INFORMATION, ADVICE AND ACTIVITIES ON NORTHLEACH,(II) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF NORTHLEACH AND THE SURROUNDINGAREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OFINDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE, INFIRMITYOF DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THEPUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVINGTHE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS,(III) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE FOR THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING THESTUDY OF MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS AND SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE UNDER OF 25YEARS IN NORTHLEACH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEESTHINK FIT.

**Activities:** The Youth Club is no longer operating - the building has been sold and the proceeds of the sale with be allocated to youth organisations in the vicinity as determined by our constitution. When all the proceeds have been awarded the charity will then be wound up.
