**Objects:** TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND RELIEF TO PEOPLE RESIDENT WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OF THE CHARITY AND DISADVANTAGED BY VIRTUE OF SUFFERING FROMN A HEART CONDITION, WITH A VIEW TO PROMOTING THEIR REHABILITATION FOLLOWING HOSPITALISATION AND ENABLING THEMN TO LIVE AS FULL AND ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.  TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS WITH REGARD TO MAINTAINING OR RETURNING TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

**Activities:** Affiliated to the B.H.F covering the Merthyr Tydfil and Cynon Valleys, we provide support for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Services at Cwm Taf Health Board. We provide a voluntary driver scheme to enable patients to attend Cardiac Rehabilitation programmes and also support the running of community cardiac exercise classes in the locality. We also provide social and educational activities.
