When looking at the Church building deeds it was noticed by the solicitor that whilst the charity owns the Church building and have done so since 1935, the land the building is situated on has never been registered. The charity is in the process of applying for First Registration of the land.
As part of building maintenance, we replaced the old leaking wooden windows in the main building and kitchen with UPVC double glazed windows.
