Section D Achievements and performance As we look back over 2024, we can reflect on how much has been achieved through our departments, events and Sunday gatherings. God has blessed us and enabled us to reach our communities with His love and we are so thankful to everyone who gave their finance, time, energy, prayer and resources to make 2024 a significant year in the life on Now Church. Summary of the main achlevements of the charity during the year Our Langold building was very busy throughout the week with the many activrties and services we run for the local community. Many people have discovered Now Church for the first time and a full children and youth programme also ran throughout the week. During the August summer holidays we ran a Stay and Play holiday club for primary school aged children and their families which proved very popular again. Now Gold is our monthly senior citizens lunch whilst weekly events such as Now Tots and Bible Studies meant the Church was open most days of the week. In response to the cost of living crisis that became a rnajor concern for many in our locality during recent years, we continued to run a communty grocery called the Food Hub and also the Lounge where people could use the Church building and café during the week to keep wami when the cost of heating their homes became too expensive in the autumn and winter. The year ended with a packed Christmas programme in December as usual with the Carols by Candlelight service in the Church. TAR
