Trustees Report 2025

2025 saw our main source of income ( free will offerings ) increase by around 21% on the previous year. However other income fell by 22% compared with 2024. So total income was reduced by £16600 mainly because of less in grants. We have also seen a substanHal rise in the expense of day to day running due to the cost of electricity, gas, insurance etc.

Nevertheless we were sHll able to conHnue as normal. The congregaHon has conHnued to grow, with our main service being almost full every week. Indeed if everyone turned up at once we couldn’t fit them all in !

Another local charity have begun to hire our premises at Hmes throughout the week now. While this will provide extra income it will also incur extra running costs.

We have been able to provide essenHal help to relieve poverty to local folk in need ( due to previous years loRery grant ) and put on music events and refreshments with the same grant. We bought 120 new chairs with another grant provided. We conHnue to give financial sponsorship to two missionaries and one chaplain/lecturer. We also gave financial aid to several other bodies carrying out missional and relief work.
