**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF CASES OF NEED OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING, OR ASSIST THE RECOVERY OF PERSONS, WHICH ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE FROM OTHER SOURCES.

**Activities:** Income is mainly raised from an annual Spring Fair and a Christmas Appeal.  Money is spent to help the sick and infirmed in the area.  We also purchase medical equipment for local doctors' surgeries and make grants to charities providing healthcare locally - Hospital at Home, Air Ambulances, Cancer Care Services, Sue Ryder Hospice, Oundle First Responders, Northants Blind Association etc.
