Activities
The Brigade provides a search and rescue back-up to HM Coastguard on a 24-hour, 365 days call-out system working in conjunction with RNLI Lifeboats and the main emergency services to help people in distress on and around the coast using SAR rescue equipment including special Land Rover fitted with a full range of search and rescue equipment and first aid facilities.
Objects: 1.to Assist Hm Coastguard And Other Marine Rescue Organisations In Saving Life In Cases Of Shipwreck. 2.the Maintenance And Repair Of The Brigade's Headquarteres Watch House,as A Grade 2 Listed Building And The Preservation Conservation And Development Of The Brigades Historic Artifacts And Museum For The Benefit And Education Of The Community.
