FAITH MISSIONS TRUST Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Faith Missions Trust I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 July 2024, which al'e set out on pages 3 to5. ResponsibiRities and basis of report As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the pi'epai'ation of the accounts in accoi'dance with th¢ i'equirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,). I I'epoit in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in cai'rying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm thal no material mattel's have coine to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any matei'ial I'espect: accounting i'ecords were not kepi in I'espect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the the accounts do not accoi'd with those records. The accounts do not comply with the applicable requiremcnts concei'ning the foi'm and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) regulations 2008 other than any requii'ement that the accounts give a 'ti'ue and fail. view, whicli is not a mattel. considered as part of an independent examination.
