from the charity's own resource5 and by a £200,000 loan from a private iftdividual. The loan is

premises. The Hair Ac8d8my, run by Mary Pugsley MBE. h8lp8 di88dvant8ggd young peopl8 in the
local area to obtsin tr2ining, p8rtlcularly In the hair sector, enabling them to obtain skills that they
can use to support thgmselvès in the luiure. This fit6 Wlth the alms and objectives of the charity to
help young peop18 locally into thg workpl8C8.
The Hair Acedemy enter8d into a 1S year commercial lea8e with the ehgrity as at 1 June 2020, the
income from which will enobl$ the loan to be repaid and 8190 from which grants can be m£de.
The ch8rlty renovated the building in the oarly months of 2020 pritsr to it t)eing occupied by The
Hair Academy. Thi$ brc)ught the building up to stand8rd prior to the granting of the new lea86.
